Alameda Brewhouse is a brewpub in the heart of the Beaumont Village in Northeast Portland. We have been in business for nine years, offering hand crafted ales and freshly prepared food. All of our beers are produced on location in our 5.5 BBL brewhouse under the watch of head brewer John Eaton. He produces a wide variety of beers, from the light, refreshing Siskiyou Golden Ale to the deep, impenetrable Black Bear Double Stout, which won the Gold Medal at the 2003 GABF in the foreign-style stout category. In addition, there is always at least one seasonal beer on tap to fit the mood of the season. We also offer one selection cask-conditioned and served on a hand pump, and one selection served on nitrogen.

The Raccoon Lodge and Brewpub opened in December 1998, after a year and a half of construction. It isn’t a lodge where you can stay overnight, rather it is a restaurant and brewery where you can have an appetizing meal, along with good conversation. The owner Art Larrance is a veteran to the microbrewing industry, starting in 1985 when he co-founded Portland Brewing Company. The brewpub is run by Art, Manager Bill Ward, Chef Jaime Martinez along with Chief Imagineer/Brewer Ron Gansberg. The Raccoon Lodge with a decor reminiscent of a Northwest hunting lodge, combines the best of several worlds: comfort food and upscale pub fare serving both lunch and dinner, a 10-barrel brewing system to produce it’s own ales, a large party room and an attractive outdoor setting for nice-weather dining.
