To some, great coffee is the "new trend." To Boyd Coffee Company, it's been a tradition for more than 100 years. Started by Percival Dewe Boyd 1900, Boyd Coffee Company began as "Boyd Importing Tea Company" — complete with red horse-drawn wagons for home delivery. P.D. Boyd's great passion, however, was for quality coffee, and he was the first US coffee distributor to loan coffee brewing equipment to restaurants and the foodservice industry - a tradition now commonplace.
